PROVIDERplus is a specialist consultancy that has expert knowledge in the NDIS process. We have approved NDIS auditors who share their knowledge, and it means that we can give you the NDIS audit help you need.
With our NDIS audit guide we can help ensure that you pass your audit successfully, and we make sure that the least amount of stress is caused. With our handy NDIS audit checklist it is easy to see what you have to do.
Once you have been registered as an NDIS provider, you will need to complete an audit to demonstrate that you are providing a service that meets the NDIS standards.
At PROVIDERplus, we spend our days completing audits, and, as such, we are adept at making sure they are completed to the highest standards. However, as a business, you are unlikely to have the same amount of experience, and this can lead to a lot of confusion and time-wasting as you try to complete your audit.
Enlisting NDIS audit help means that you can work with our experts and get all the support you need. Whether you are after more training in the process or one-to-one support with a consultant, we can make your NDIS audit a success.
Our NDIS audit guide is available at every step in the process, including:
The audit process includes both Stage 1 and Stage 2. The Stage 1 audit occurs off-site. It is a desk-top audit that determines your readiness for certification. Once this has been done, a Stage 2 audit takes place, usually within three months.
Service providers offering registration groups or services that require a Certification audit, where there are more stages in the assessment, will then undergo the Stage 2 audit on-site. For those that offer lower risk registration groups or services, they will only need to have one audit, a Verification audit, and this is conducted off-site.
An NDIS approved quality auditor assesses what you have provided before they pass your audit. With our approved NDIS auditors at PROVIDERplus, we can help to ensure yours is completed to the right standards.
With the often confusing process and intricacies that are involved in auditing, working with a consultancy like PROVIDERplus can help to make the process smoother. We also help providers with through the NDIS Screening process as well help providers work through their NDIS renewal applications.
