Senthil Palani engaged with the NDIS during the Newcastle trials in 2014. He had a training organisation at the time. This was when Senthil noticed a profound shortage of disability support workers, particularly in regional areas and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities.
As a Registered Training Organisation of 20 years, Senthil already had access to a large pool of staff in regional and CALD communities. It made sense for him to move into the NDIS space and begin to train and mobilise people into the NDIS industry with Reach For Care.
Senthil doesn’t consider Provider+ to be just an NDIS consultant he hires when needed. He describes Provider+ as an extension of his team.
